Welcome to The Mother's Nest, your trusted Doula service provider in the East Valley. I'm Dana, a dedicated birth and postpartum doula, a mother of two, and a proud VBAC mom. With a deep passion for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum wellness, I am committed to supporting families with compassion, knowledge, and personalized care. Drawing from both professional experience and her own motherhood journey, she helps parents feel empowered, informed, and nurtured every step of the way.
Services
At The Mother's Nest, I offer prenatal, birth, and postpartum support.
Birth Support
I provide continuous birth support for moms while in labor. I use a combination of physical support and mental support to help you labor and have a positive birth outcome. Having a doula present at your birth can decrease the chance of unnecessary interventions and c-sections.
Postpartum Support
I provide postpartum doula services. These include supporting your postpartum healing, meal prepping, housework, lactation support, mood support, and newborn care expertise. I want to help moms have a great start in their motherhood journey by supporting them in those early days.
